This site is meant to provide support for families built with love, but not biology. We hope to help others understand why some adopted children, and birth parents choose not to search for each other.

    It is also our mission to help the legal system see adoptive families as no different than biological families in their abilities to love and raise children. To see that most adopted children are well adjusted and do not feel incomplete because they were adopted. We hope that the courts of the future will be more fair to adoptive families in their decisions so that adoptive parents don't have to fear their children being taken from them.

    We also hope to encourage adoption as an option for more expectant mothers.  That they may choose adoption without fear that their child will grow up with feelings of resentment, loss and abandonment.
