For many years it seems that societal sentiment, and
therefore judicial rulings, have favored biological parents on
issues of custody and visitation.
The media has created an image of adopted children as “lost
souls” forever searching, forever feeling abandoned and incomplete.
We represent adopted children with no desire to search for biological parents. Who do not feel incomplete or lost. Those who believe the love of their adoptive parents is no less than that of biological parents.
This website is a chance for these voices to be heard. A way of supporting
adoptive families that refuse to believe they are anything less than a true
family.
I hope that you will read this site with an open heart and
mind, and join us in celebrating these families built not with biology, but with
love.
